Sophia’s Pastry Shop Company Limited’s policy is to provide customers with products and services that suit their demands while remaining profitable.

Our first concern is overall quality, and our goal is to constantly improve both the products and services we provide to customers, which includes, but is not limited to, the efficiency in which goods are manufactured and produced, as well as the safety and reliability of services.

 

To guarantee that these goals are met, we ensure that:

 

  1. Health and safety- All of our products are manufactured in a clean, well-ventilated area and are transported to each location in a safe manner. Although baked goods are created every day, the shelf life of our products are periodically checked by our dedicated staff.

  2. Branches- Environment – Each location is spacious enough to adequately serve each customer. To ensure everyone’s safety, our personnel disinfect the areas before, during, and after each shift.

  3. Customer service- Our customers are the reason we are fully operational, and we strongly advise that any positive or negative comments be conveyed to the appropriate level of command. While we have and encourage our employees to display excellent communication skills, we ask that you positively reciprocate these behaviours because our employees are extensions of us and we cannot operate without them.
